Haunted Resort in Sarawak

                 Haunted Resort in Sarawak

Santubong Resort, or known as One Hotel Santubong is popular as the rates are cheaper than the other resorts near Santubong area. Years ago, this resort was full of people and much more convenient than the other resorts. This resort is located in the Santubong or Damai area.
Years and years had passed, and this resort has less popularity until now. Nowadays, not many people are checking in this resort. No one knows for sure. But some people might know that one of the main reason why this resort has becoming like this. Actually, this is one of the most haunted resorts in Sarawak. There are other haunted resorts/ hotels in Sarawak such as Hilton Kuching, Holiday Inn, Crown Riverside Hotel Kuching, etc. . Most people might believe the supernatural activities that keeps happening to these resorts.

(this picture shows a few blocks which are haunted)

I had my first experience ever in my whole life in the year 2013. I was 12 years old and was going out on a learning course programme with all the other Year 6 girls and some teachers following us. Our principal and the senior assistants decided to take us all on a learning trip at this Santubong Resort. I have never been on a learning trip before. So I thought this year I might have only one chance to go on a learning trip.
All of us went there by buses. We were very exhausted after the 1 hour morning drive from our school. Then, we decided to check out our rooms and unpacked our things. Each of us are divided into several groups of 6-7 pupils and a teacher and we had our own room. Parents are allowed to join but they have to book their own room. My parents came too and they had booked their own room. Their room was located at the 7th block while our rooms are located at the 5th block.

We had our breakfast at the restaurant located near our block. After the delicious morning breakfast buffet meal, we went straight to the meeting room to start the learning course.

Before the course, my parents told me to shower in their room because they felt a little bit weird of 7 girls showering in one bathroom. So after the course, we went back to our room and two by two girls started to shower. While they are showering, I asked a permission from my teacher, Madam Daisy to go to my parents' room to shower. So later that night, I went out, walking alone to my parents' room which is like 2 blocks away. I was feeling a little bit nervous at that moment because it was 8.15 p.m. and I have never walked alone outside at night. That was the bravest part of my entire life. For more continuous part of the story, check out my next part of the story.

                                 TO BE CONTINUED...
